Due to ~PORTER SHENANIGANS~ and Naruto being a shounen protagonist with A LOT OF POWERS, in Cape and Cowl he is only able to to do the following:- The Nine-tailed Fox is part of him, and remains rooted inside of his conscience, but cannot share its chakra with him.
- As a Jinchuuriki, Naruto can heal faster than normal people. Cuts, scrapes, and bruises vanish within minutes of his receiving them, while more grievous wounds will obviously take hours, or kill him outright.
Canon example: Though he survived having a fist shoved through his heart and was immediately able to jump back into the action, mortal wounds in CnC -- short of taking his head off -- will knock him into a short coma.
- His list of Ninjutsu has been severely lessened, and his ability to use chakra/natural chakra/etc, etc has also been severely lessened. He cannot enter Sage Mode whatsoever, cannot draw on Natural chakra whatsoever, and may only use his chakra to cling to flat surfaces, make himself fast enough for the human eye to have trouble keeping up with, and lend power/weight to his physical strikes.
- His ability to use the Rasengan has been dramatically lessened, with its upper-limit capping out at strong enough to tear through steel, but only becoming large enough to resemble an inflatable beach ball; ie: where in canon he can hollow out a small mountain at maximum power, in CnC he can only kill a person with it.
- His shadow clone ability maxes out at only being able to produce twelve clones simultaneously.
- He can only summon Gama Bunta to aide him in power, and none of the other Frogs of his contract.
- "Gag" ninjutsu, such as him turning into the opposite gender or turning into inanimate objects, remain.
